So there is no "D34" locker in my building.Īt this stage I was screaming at Valve who didn't reply to me for an extra 6 days. The next day I called them and they told me they delivered the package to locker "D34" - with the problem being that my automated locker system is plainly numbered. They left an empty voice message with 30 seconds of silence. They called once the next day but didn't give me a chance to pick up. I then opened an investigation with FedEx and they gave me a case number. They didn't see any FedEx courier and were not given any packages. I did not get a notification from my locker system. On 06/09 FedEx marked the package as "delivered". I also get detailed records of every package that comes in as a benefit of this automated locker system.
I explained to Valve that I have 24/7 concierge service and an automated locker system therefore there is basically no chance of me missing the package (I get a notification on my phone when something is delivered for me). I opened a ticket with Valve on 02/09 after I realized my steam kept getting delayed without any delivery attempt for almost a week. Despite my building having 24/7 concierge and an automated locker system for drop-offs (which I use quite regularly). FedEx claims they delivered to a non-existent locker in my building. The thing is that I have proof I never received it. I've seen reports of FedEx stealing steam decks and well it happened to me.
